Do you take a cut of my sales?+
No. The Stone Index is a subscription-only platform. We charge a flat monthly fee and that is it. What you sell, you keep 100% of. We never get involved in the transaction.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?+
After your 14-day free trial on Basic or Pro, your card will be charged. We will remind you before the trial ends. You can downgrade to the free Starter plan anytime.
How does the star rating work?+
Your rating is based on how up-to-date your listings are. When you mark a piece as sold or add new inventory, your rating goes up. Inactive or outdated listings bring it down. High-rated shops appear first in search results and get a Verified badge.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?+
Not at all. If you can take a photo on your phone and fill in a simple form, you can list on The Stone Index. Most listings take under 90 seconds. The platform is also available in Spanish.
What if a buyer has a problem with a piece?+
Since buyers contact you directly and inspect pieces in person before paying, disputes are between you and the buyer. We are not a payment processor or escrow service — this keeps things simple and gives you full control.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, any time. Cancel from your settings page and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
